Deposits

Assessments require a non-refundable deposit which will be included in your final invoice.

Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Assessments

• If at any time during the assessment our team feel unsafe they will leave your premises immediately
• Information discussed during the assessment is general in nature and to the best of our knowledge at the time
• We are not a medical service and any medical advice should be referred to your treating doctor/GP
